90-Day Return Policy
You have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, with original packaging and any included materials. You will also need proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

We stand behind Trufollic. If you are not satisfied with your results after using the product for up to 90 days, contact us at support@trufollic.com for a full refund — even if the bottle is empty. No questions asked.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@trufollic.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products are not eligible for return, including:

Personal care items that have been opened or used (excluding Trufollic supplements, which are covered by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item first.
Once the return has been processed, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation.
Returned items must be:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact support@trufollic.com.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@trufollic.com as soon as possible.
Order cancellation is only available before the order has shipped.
